The School of Computing and Informatics (SCI) Advising Center supports a broad range of advising and career development services for students. The center hosts a resume writing workshop and a CSE Job Fair, initiates employer information sessions and teaches a course called “CSE 194: Success in Computer Science and Engineering” for incoming freshmen.
The SCI Advising Center serves both undergraduate and graduate students in both the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and the Department of Biomedical Informatics. Students are encouraged to make appointments well in advance. Students who are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment will need to reschedule.
