We are looking for interns and full time candidates to work in the Phoenix office. Candidates should have a strong background in web site and web application design and deployment, and should be expert in at the very least PHP / mySQL development. Working at WebShare is only partly technical, however. It is crucial to understand how to track, analyze and use advanced web analytics for the continual improvement and financial success of our clients. Common projects on the technical side include web site redesign and application coding as well as creating and installing tracking scripts and conversion testing code to e-commerce and non e-commerce sites. Opportunities for advanced statistical analysis and design of experiments are also available.
On the marketing and consulting side, common projects include analysis of detailed web analytics and reports compilations, pay per click account management, conversion marketing designs and mockup creation, and creative problem solving to address our clients' unique needs. We aren't looking for "just a programmer" - we are looking for someone who is interested in taking a technical background to the next level by interacting with clients and performing data analysis to find the optimal solution for a company's web presence.
